Comfy!
Size references: Im 5'1, 243lbs, 51in hips. Long time menstrual cup user. Im wearing them right now! Trial and error to get my proper sizing. My hips are 51inches, so i thought id be the 5x. Nope, wrong! They were wildly too big. So i order my usual panty size of xl (usual as in i gained weight and havent gotten rid of my old panties yet lol), those were too small. 2x? Better but still too tight. Tried on a 3x and they fit me perfectly. The material is nice and soft, the waist band is wide and gentle on my sore tummy and back. The absorbent middle does have a slight sound when i was walking around pantsless this morning but thats not an issue at all when at work. Im wearing my popfit leggings and other than the slight pantylines, the panties blend in so smoothly under my clothes. Theres no weird bulking like if i had a pad or a disposable panty on. I have high hopes these will last me overnight night as well. My flow is about average for the first 2 days (im on day 2, i used a disposable for day/night 1) and the panties seem sturdy enough to handle a day and nights worth. I usually use a menstrual cup, but im investing in these for my "i cant be assed to put my cup in" days. I will be buying the 3 pack tonight.

They’re great but size up!
Love this brand! I’ve had some of these for years and they still work great. I’ve never once had a leak or anything, I wear them all day long and no issue whatsoever! The only thing is is that they run extremely small I typically buy a large and underwear and have to get an XXL or triple XL

No More Overnight Stress!
I have been using both the Goat Union Overnight Period Underwear and Bambody Absorbent Panties for several months and am very happy with how well they handle heavy overnights. I had been using Depends at least one night per cycle because pads were no match for my heaviest nights, and even an ultra tampon would bleed through by 3 AM. This underwear is so much more comfortable and attractive! (And of course a lot less waste.) I wake up feeling relatively fresh instead of sticky and crusty. No more worries about stained pajamas and sheets. Below is a longer review of both products for those who may be new to period underwear like I am. I prefer the Goat Union underwear because of its higher absorbency and somewhat superior comfort and style. They both are comfortable to wear and work well for overnights. I have not found them as useful for daytimes because they don’t last all day. I tried each brand for an all-morning boat trip on a super-heavy day (when I would normally be changing a pad every 1-2 hours) and had leaks after 4-6 hours. On a lighter day, when they could absorb the flow, by afternoon I notice a slight odor and would prefer to put on a fresh pad. However, I will try them again for hikes and other times with no bathroom access for a few hours. The downside is cleanup. I usually rinse them out in the shower in the morning, which is when you get to see everything that magically disappeared into the underwear during the night. However, a couple times when I was on a campout and didn’t have good place to rinse them, I just put them in a plastic bag and rinsed them a day or two later when I got home, and it was fine. They take well over 24 hours to air dry, so you can’t hand wash them and hang them up and wear them again that night! I have been machine washing and drying them because of that. If you haven’t tried reusable period underwear, I definitely recommend it. These two brands are more affordable than some. I will probably purchase another Goat Union pair.

Definitely does as advertised
Very comfortable and absorbent. Compared to other brands I really feel safe in these. The gusset goes all the way up front and back which is different from other period underwear. The price is very competitive as well. Usually period underwear can run for $30 a pair. With this being half that price, and good quality it really is worth it. I felt dry all day in these, and running it under water it actually took a lot of water to even soak through to the other side which is really cool. Very moisture wicking, gusset stayed dry all day.

Excellent quality, does what you hope it will
I was extremely skeptical and after trying them, I'm willing to buy more. I used them by themselves overnight with no issues. 10/10 recommend.

Heavy flow? They will leak.
Initially I bought one pair, loved it. Bought a 3 pack. I have very heavy flow (fibroids, going through ultra tampons in an hour). They do not work as adequate backup on heavy flow days. I just learned this the hard way in a 4 hour meeting where I was unable to change tampons as often as needed. They leaked around the edges significantly. So if you have an actual heavy flow due to someting like fibroids or endometriosis, I would not count on them as backup and would never be able to use them solo on heavy days. They're great on light days. Very comfortable. But I now no longer trust them.

The best
I've tried 4 or 5 different brands at this point, but these are my favorite (and also the cheapest!) The fabric is soft, with no scratchy exposed elastic. The waistband is nice and wide and comfy and stays in place pretty well. I like the full front to back coverage, which makes these great for sleeping without worrying about leaks. I can't speak to overall capacity since my periods are relatively light, but they feel fairly thick, so I think they could withstand at least a moderate flow overnight, or act as a good backup for a heavier flow.

For heavy bleeders, it will change your life.
I had to replace as I put mine in the dryer. The lining that keeps it absorbent/leak proof gets ruined by heat. Not completely on the first wash & dry but by the 2-3rd time in the dryer the lining is gone. I still use my ruined ones as underwear/shorts I wear around the house with a shirt. They are comfortable and hold you in but not as aerated if you like a more breathable feel. For those of us who hemorrhage during our menstrual. I don’t know how I ever lived without these. I went from bleeding/leaking privately at home and non-stop laundry, soaking blood stains not wanting to leave the house to being able to feel safe to go out to dinner without feeling like crap or I would like in 20 minutes

Game changer
So let's start with size. I got the biggest, and they fit around my full bum and fit lovely and don't roll down. Granted, I could have gotten a size smaller, but for the price, I just ordered the bigger size. I have a very heavy flow, and pads are a nightmare. Tampons make me sore, but I am so heavy on my period I didn't know what to do. Then I came across period knickers in Tesco, wasn't paying that, and started on Amazon. After a good week of going back and forth on a few, I finally landed on this pair. Fair to say, no pads or tampons, just the period knickers. Full day, no issues, and I was heavy. Absorbed amazingly, and I felt dry all day. I rinse them out with cold water, wash on a 30, and air dry, just the way I think works best for me. The quality of them is lovely, and the look is fine, just like knickers, but they feel a tad thicker. You also are slightly warmer than normal. But I'd rather be a bit hot than have pad rub and be sore. If your like me and just hate period products then try them game changer.

Super confortable
