Great item nice for your body to exercise on

This yoga mat is very comfortable and provides great support during practice. The cushioning is just right for joints, and the non-slip surface gives good stability even during more intense poses. It feels durable and easy to clean, making it a solid everyday yoga mat.

Just the thickness I wanted with a top and underside in different shades so easy to use. 👍🏽

The mat is fine; however, the colour (I ordered the dark blue) comes off on your skin if you start to sweat/ it gets wet, so it is best suited for standing workouts.

Mat is nice and comfortable on the knees and wrists, however I would not recommend for hot yoga as it did get slippery unfortunately.
