yes it will fit Beurer Nebuliser.

will it work with omron c28p?

Not really, as the C28p is a low pressured nebuliser, the life care parts require a higher output to nebulise. You could use a Philips Sidestream Chamber though

Most nebulisers have standard holes for the tubing to pop on to, it fits the last 3 nebulisers I’ve had. Hope this helps.
