A: You should get the full size Orange whip. I swing it 100 times a day. Have increased my drives by 10 yards.

A: I am 5’ 7” and bought medium...Seems to be the perfect size...

**Q: Is it legal to swing this during a stroke play competition to loosen up between holes?**
A: I only use it on the driving range, 10-15 swings and then go directly to the driver, then work down to sand wedge.   If you have time to use it during match play, I don't want to be in the foursome behind you...

**Q: can be carried to travel?, I mean to put into the baggage**
A: Nope...it would be hard...would go with golf clubs but really not in baggage.
