Excellent Tenscare
I’ve not used it for any length of time as yet. But, when it arrived it was missing a lead and had the old type probe. I rang Tenscare customer support and a lovely lady called Linda, was really professional and helpful. She arranged next day delivery for the missing lead and new model probe. True to her word they did arrive. A massive positive for Tenscare. Customer care how it should be very rare in 2025!

received this less than a month ago. One side of the probe has stopped working ... not sure how to request a replacement probe.. money wasted

Good Product
I found this a little difficult to use at the beginning, which made me tense, making it difficult to use. Once I had got the hang of it, it seemed to work well...for a couple of days. Then I found that the electrical pulses weren't working, so I had to send away for a set of new leads, so that was both disappointing and annoying as it was additional expense. Working again,, so that's good. It remains to be seen how much my pelvic floor is benefitting from this. It seems to be working but this may be psychological.

Keeps breaking down
I purchased this product in April 2023, it definitely improved my urge incontinence BUT the device hasn't worked for more than 3 months without it breaking down. The first time I returned it to Tenscare and they sent a replacement, this replacement has now been returned a further 2 times. Very disappointed.

Recieved machine left on charge for two hours with charging cable provided -( reading the instructions it states a charging cradle but only recieved a wire) machine doesn't turn on.
