Very smooth and creamy on skin. Scent not too strong. Great value. Smells fresh and soothing, no skin irritation. Rinse off well with no soap scum.

LOVE the earthy dirty patchouli smell, it doesn't smell fake. The soap lathers up nicely. My skin can be sensitive, but have had no issues at all, even in sensitive areas. Makes my shower into a legit aromatherapy session, very calming and grounding and healing for me. Skin is smooth and clean after, not residue or sticky. When I was running out, I immediately purchased again, and will again. Obviously if you don't like patchouli or scented soap, it's not for you. I would make sure your family is okay with it too. I actually love that after a shower or bath, there is a lingering slight smell in and just outside the bathroom, but not for very long. I love the healing scent of the natural patchouli oil, powerful properties utilized by healing folks for longer than any of us can imagine. Get you some earthy cleaning love.

This natural soap smells nice. I like that it has natural ingredients. It cleans so you feel squeaky clean and there are no parabens in this soap. You smell clean and fresh. The reason for the 4 stars, is because it doesn't last long. You get 3 bars that are 4 oz each. I went through these bars fast. They do not leave residue on your skin. I like that.

When my wife isn't making our soap (sorry, no brand can compare to my wife's soap), this is my go-to backup brand for everyday body wash soap. I have very short hair, and it does well as a shampoo too. The mint smell is not too strong and has a refreshing feel to it with excellent lather. I cut these up into smaller pieces to use for hand soap too. They are excellent for longevity:cleanliness balance.

Soap smells old like it’s been sitting somewhere for years. It has the promised scent but also smells like mothballs, and very stale. Didn’t feel comfortable using- had to throw out unfortunately.

Very nice and has helped with some skin irritation from sweat. The smell is very nice, but not over powering. I actually would prefer the smell to be a bit stronger. I work outside a lot at my job and sometimes my skin gets very irritated which doesn't contribute to a good night's sleep. This has stopped after using this soap for a solid week and continue to use of course. Get clean and smell great. Decent lather, and lasts a fair amount of time for a softer bar soap. The natural clay in here is what I think is helping my skin the most, plus the Shae butter.

It is nice soap

I was excited to try this soap out. I really wasn't too crazy about opening the box and seeing a bible quote right off the bat. The bar lathers nicely, but the is a lack of scent. If you had water soaked in patchouli, then put cardboard in that water, you have the scent of this bar of soap. Sure, I felt clean after I showered, but later in the day I felt like I needed another shower with a better soap. Now I'm stuck with three bars of soap that are overpriced for what they do. Any tips on soap bar carving?
