What is a tumbler heat press?

A tumbler press is a type of heat press specifically designed for sublimating tumblers, mugs, water bottles, and other drinkware. It has a heating element that wraps around the tumbler or mug.

What materials is this tumbler press suitable for? What are the requirements for the cup type?

Widely used in ceramic cups, steel tumblers, stainless steel bottles, glass cups, aluminum bottles, etc.Straight cup type 10-30OZ is required, and the minimum cup diameter is required to be larger than 2.9inch (7.4cm)

Why does the temperature always fluctuate around the set temperature?

Because the machine is maintaining the set temperature in this way. Small temp fluctuations will not influence your result. But if there is a large fluctuation, pls reach us for a replacement machine or send you a new heating attachment.

Can any ceramic mug be sublimated?

There are many types of ceramic blanks and substrates you can use for sublimation. It must be specifically coated with a poly-coating in order for the ink transfer to take place—generally look for something labeled for “sublimation”.

Please prepare a printer with sublimation ink, heat transfer paper, and sublimation tumblers. First, print your patterns on heat transfer paper, and then the tumbler heat press can heat transfer the patterns on tumblers.
