Know what you are buying. These really are coated with WAX and not food grade SILICONE.
I spent a fair amount of time on here looking for round, wax paper sheets to use in our Cuisinart burger press. All but ONE of the products I looked at were NOT wax paper, they were food grade SILICONE coated paper. Many of them have "wax paper" in their description and only in the fine print will you find that they are not wax, at all. These sheets specifically say that they are wax and I contacted the seller who confirmed that they are, in fact, wax and not silicone. The 4.5 inch size fits perfectly inside of the burger press and are far easier to use than square sheets. I'm not sure how long it will take us to go through 1000 sheets, but so far, they're a great purchase.

I bought these to use with my hamburger press. They work well and keep the burgers separated, use one on top and bottom of each. When you get a large amount of ground beef, these are great to help you have quick meals in the freezer.
