Quality lacking

After a few uses ( no more than 5 uses) the handle broke off, which really disappointed me as i knew it was cheap but did not expect it to face issues that quickly. Lifetime Warranty, Great Customer Service, Large Capacity Pot
This is a fantastic coffee pot and makes strong espresso. The 12-espresso cup capacity is great for me as it makes 3 large cups of coffee, which is just what I need to get me through the day. I was disappointed when the handle broke after 6 months, but Zulay stood by their lifetime warranty, and I had a new pot arrive within a few days. Excellent customer service.

Makes good coffee and more fun than hand pour
I bought this after a friend brewed me a cup using his moka pot, and got me hooked. It has been put so far to very good use, and with proper care the pot should last for a while. I did make the mistake of putting it on the stove without water inside in a moment of distraction, and the plastic handle burned off. Now I just handle it with hot gloves and life goes on just fine. Never had issues with leakage, as I clean and rinse the pot out with every use. An old toothbrush works great for cleaning off the grounds, and I use the same toothbrush for cleaning my Vietnamese phìn after I brew old-school Vietnamese coffee.
