Has anyone used these in cloth diapering, if so how absorbent are they?

Flour sack towels work great for cloth diapering! Very absorbent and effective. I used them in my covers and my pockets! Definitely my favorite kind of insert!

how would thes work for using transfers

Yes, the transfers work great. Unfortunately, they wrinkle badly and have poor absorbency so I’d recommend decorative use only.

Do these have a hanging loop in the corner?

I'm a little lost here? The Seller said No on the hanging loop and the others say yes. The photo shows the hang loop so I'm guessing it has a hang loop corn but the seller not know it?

Are these suitable (absorbent) for squeeze drying veggies (grated zucchinis and riced cauliflower)?

I would think that they would be. They are not heavy in thickness, but a good size. You could fold them in half to make them thicker.
