Authentic quality, healing properties, tastes great.
Quality product, lovely aroma, tastes great, real ceylon cinnamon heals body. Other cassia cinnamon is not good for the body.

Very fine and pleasant.
Like that the Ceylon cinnamon is better quality to the usual one.Found it to be so fine that it doesn't dissolve, or when added directly, it clumps up and have to use spoon to crush the clumps. Apart from this it has a distinct soft aroma and I didn't notice it to be very strong in flavour - but it is the quality type of cinnamon.

Tastes great and great value

so fine its almost dust
Bought this cinnamon as my regular was out of stock, however when it arrived it was noticeably different. My other (preferred) cinnamon was ground powder and had a slight texture to it and is perfect for baking and adding to porridge oats, when I used this it did not taste as nice and when combined with oats for cooking changed the whole thing to something akin to wallpaper paste. Needless to say I won't be using this and have now found my original is back in stock - order placed!
