The mask was soothing and helped my eyes.

I first Bought a 10 pack to divide in Christmas gift baskets. Kept a few for myself. These things are amazing! Heated up as soon as I opened the package. Part that goes around your ears stretches nicely. I have a biggish head. Stayed warm for longer than package says and my house is older and drafty so it wasn't house heat that kept it warm. It stayed warm for about and hour and a half. Not too hot and not lukewarm. I tell everyone about these! I laid on both sides and the side ear flaps never broke and mask stayed in place. I fell asleep with it on and woke up and still in place. Came back to buy a 20 pack just for me! The scent isn't strong. I bought chamomille both times. You can really only smell the scent when you first open the package and if you put your nose up to it awhile after that. But that's fine by me because when I have a headache or migraine I don't want scent bought I bought the chamomille for the scent when you first open the package it's kind of like my cue that it's time to relax. I'm going to keep buying these. You won't regret it if you do! Oh and there's no moist warmth. I think they say steamer mask but I didn't get that effect. Still fine by me.

Excellent item. Stays warm / hot almost an hour. Easy to use, comfortable and fits in purse or carry on.

I read dozens of reviews before deciding which masks to purchase. I was disappointed to find the chamomile scent to have a strong perfume scent. I posted my review and the seller offered me a refund or a pack in a different scent. Customer Service goes a long way. I added 2 stars to my review for their great service. I won't order the chamomile again, but I'll definitely be back to this seller.

I love to use steam masks at night before bed. Especially when my sinuses headaches flare up.

I"ve never written a review before . This product name is a misnomer . It is NOT a steam mask . No warm moisture . If you want steam, buy something else . It is a lukewarm mask with dry heat . I really have no idea why anyone would want this . One of those products where I wasted my money and and can waste some more money and time going to the UPS store to return it . Annoying

I have issues with styes and my eye doctor said moist heat 20 min 3 times a day. Usual methods like tea bag, hot wash cloth, the gel beads...all ate great but only last max 3 to 5 min and they have to be reheated. These eye masks are wonderful. You open them, within a minute or two the air coming in contact with it the mask starts to get warm. Not sure how but it produces its own "steam" and it stays hot for up to 45 minutes. No need to reheat and when it cools down, throw it away. Since using these my styes have gotten so much better. I use these everyday and at night I put one on before going to sleep and keep it on til morning. My eyes feel refreshed and making the room dark is a plus with it over my eyes. They have this in many different sents and have tried them all and cannot say anything bad about them.

Eye mask is not hot enough to simulate melbonian glands.

Works. It’s a dry heat. Takes about 3 minutes to heat up then it lasts about 25 mins. It can get pretty hot so he careful. You can put a bit of water on the inside if you want moist heat for dry eyes. Personally. I would not leave it on for more than 15 mins. The chamomile one has a strong smell that I didn’t care for, almost perfumy and does not smell like anything remotely to chamomile. Maybe the lavender one might smell better or get the unscented one. It doesn’t feel heavy on the eye which is probably good since it can get quite hot. I have also put it under my neck or on my forehead when I don’t want it on my eyes anymore.

I had a painful stye and thought I would give these a try. I used ONE out of the package and my stye was completely gone the next morning! I highly recommend them. I took one star away as I found them not a great fit and a little too loose. I used an extra eye mask overtop to keep it in place.

J’ai pris celui camomille, ça sent bon, pas trop fort. C’est super relaxant pour s’endormir l’effet chaleur sur les yeux.
