Difference between these and the climasolomon

The climasolomon are waterproof.

Do these run true to size? I usually wear a 9.5 standard width in Brooks Ghost or new balance 880. Some comments on here mention a narrow toe box.

Suitable size and fit if you wear running shoes as I mentioned. This shoe is not suitable for long walking or running.
