**Q: Do the eyes open?  Also does it come with a bed?**
A: Hi, No the eyes do not open. It did come with a bed and brush in a cute box. We have not found away to turn it off so it breaths all the time. It is not noisy and uses a watch battery so it should continue to breath for a long time.

**Q: can l remove the batteries?**
A: Thank you for your inquiry. The battery can be removed, but that changes the function of the "animal". Is that what you want?

**Q: CAN IT BE TURNED OFF? Or do you just remove the batteries which is not convenient at all**
A: You would have to take out the batteries. We put the battery in December 23 and it is still running with that same battery if that helps...

**Q: What is the size?**
A: I agree that it is about 10 inches. It is about the size of a 4 or 5lb puppy.

Love this....its pleasing on the eye! Love the way it breaths. I recently lost my Shih Tzu, so this is a fitting tribute to him.
