Q: what is the percentage of bran in this product? others have as much as 40% bran!

No bran! 100% raw wheat germ. See pic of wheat on package. Germ is at tip of end. Bran is in middle. This product is from end.

Q: Can it be added to coffee, tea and water?

I would avoid exposing it to unnecessary heat. It has polyunsaturated fatty acids which will easily oxidize by heat into something harmful. Recall that refrigeration is also necessary for the same reason.

Hi, You have a good question, but there is an answer. The first few months its good enough it should stay fresh, when its only sealed not refrigerated.
