My son is on the spectrum. Mid to high functioning. However, he is extremely anxious in crowds, even just the grocery store. He wears headphones so that he doesn't have to hear the people around him. He says that these are good at helping him take the edge off when he's feeling anxiety. They don't completely remove the anxiety but it's enough to just take the edge off. He says his anxiety level goes from a 9 down to a 5. He does not take any other medication. He has been using these since he was 15 and he's 22 years old now. For those of you who have sensory problems, he says that they taste a little sweet and that the little balls melt in your mouth slowly. They do NOT cause drowsiness however, he does take them sometimes when he can't shut off his brain and he's trying to sleep. He has not complained of any side effects, and I have never noticed any. We have tried other brands and even powders that dissolve in water but none of them work as well as these little balls.

My daughter, as a teen, gets anxious. I have prescribed medication for anxiety. These actually work for us both. I love that if she’s having a super anxious moment I can give her2 tiny little balls to put under her tongue that taste sweet like sugar and she feels better. They haven’t effected her health, but I don’t give her the full dose either. If I start feeling anxious I reach for these before a prescription and it usually works. They don’t interact with any other medication I take so I feel safe. The fact that they work, and well, means you should not overuse them. Quality product that I know won’t mess with brain receptors, no side effects and feel safe giving to my child. (I did consult with a Naturopath and physician prior)

i traveled for long hours and this really work for me to feel calm and for anxiety. small and tastes like mint.

I like this products and they do work for me but only for a short time about 1 hour or 2. But I still like them because I appreciate the relief. Maybe a longer relief time for others.

I didnt feel any effect when trying these. They dont melt like they describe and they are very small. I enjoyed the small case so I fits inside a bag or purse but I didnt notice any changes.

Honestly, I have been going through anxiety for the past few months due to getting off Lyrica /now starting pre-menopause. I can’t take anxiety pill either I am so sensitive to anything. Start off with 3 -4 daily depending how high my nerves are and these have really helped me a lot to get by sometimes I almost don’t feel anything.. I do recommend then to calm you down..

If u order simply mints they will usually be late or never arrive as they say we don't sell them anymore ! Not fun!
