Would it fit a size 18 person

Bought for a child, so had to do some alterations. Would think so but depends how you would wear it as in draped at front on dropped to wear loose, if that makes sense. Deffo latter for 18 unsure about draped in front

How thick is the material?

It’s not very thick but it’s not see through. My wife wore it on Halloween night in Salem last year over a sleeveless dress and she was warm enough with it.

Im 6'4 but i really hate capes that don't drag or atleast touch the floor or is Just hovering above it, so is it long enough enough?

I bought mine a couple of years ago, so not sure if they’ve changed but, I’m 5’5” and wore 5” heels and I had to cut a good few inches off mine maybe about 5 or 6” from memory to get it to just skim the floor.
