I have used various detox foot pads in the past for two or three weeks at a time to detox. While I do not get an instant boost, I do feel better at the end. These seem to work but the adhesive is terrible. I have yet managed to keep them stuck to my feet through the night. The adhesive pad and foot pad are separate which is fine but the corners do not stay stuck on my feet. They peel off as I am sleeping and one got stuck to my sheets. Luckily they are not very sticky so just a regular wash took care of the sheets. I do not wear socks to bed which will help I think. I am going to try and tape them down with medical tape tonight. If that does not work, then I may just wear them during the day. Shame because they smell nice and seem to work ok if you can keep them on.

It helps me get the toxics out of body, and sleep good.

Read the science. This looked too good to be true. I like everybody else got the black pads in the morning, which looked like it was doing. However, there is no scientific evidence that detox foot pads work. Studies have shown that these pads do not absorb or remove any significant amount of toxins. The discoloration that appears on the pads after use is likely due to sweat, dirt, or the ingredients in the pads themselves. There is no evidence that this discoloration indicates the removal of toxins. The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has banned the marketing of detox foot pads with deceptive claims about their effectiveness. I am not picking on this particular brand as this is the brand I purchased. If they help people because of the placebo effect, they are giving that’s wonderful but there’s no proof they actually do anything from a biological standpoint.

I had my doubts about these but I tried a set I purchased at the grocery store and I slept considerably well. So I did a little research and found these; I’m so glad I ordered them! I’ve been sleeping so much better on the nights I use them it’s actually crazy. I recently lost my mother and was having trouble sleeping and was eating gummies like there were candy lol So I wanted to try something else, I actually came on here to order more that’s how awesome they are. Pros -sticks really well -supposedly removes toxins (who knows) -sleep so well -smell nice Cons -leaves feet sticky from the “toxins being removed” -kinda expensive You get used to them being on during the night and it is gross to see all the “toxins” that are being pulled from your body. I’m not really sure about that but it can’t hurt, I’m really in your for the incredible sleep! 💤 I rushed on application tonight and almost stuck the pad together so do it slowly. I’ll update with a picture in the morning…. So gross to see the discoloration from the toxins.

These Foot Pads are exactly as described and I am already on my third order! I can't believe how well II go without foot pain at night when I have these pads on! They don't really help me sleep any better, but they have helped immensely with my neuropathy in my feet! My niece told me about them and I was skeptical about them at first, but I was so happy that I did! They are amazing for my chronic foot pain! My husband puts them on my feet every night and that is very easy application and they stay on every night. I don't need a sock or anything. I feel like I am getting a good value for my money when I order the sets of 48 or more. This is a wonderful product!

I bought these to try and they work as advertised, in that in the morning they are pretty gunky and dark. I'm not quite sure what benefits they have given me as I was taking certain suppliments at the same time as usuing them but I definitely felt an overall improvement. I think if you are interested in an item like this you should give it a try and decide for yourself.

When you buy these feet detox type products, don't actually expect a bunch of stuff to come out of you. The ingredients used in each different patch is what makes it look that way in the morning. However, after using through the night...I ACTUALLY DID SEE a lot of sweat come off my feet with the patch and it didnt smell to great (which is amazing because it works to release toxins). They make me sleep so easy and deep! Better than even sleep teas. I'm hooked and so grateful for this product so far.

Nutze die Pflaster seit einigen Tagen und habe das Gefühl, dass der Körper weniger übersäuert ist und die Verdauung leicht angeregt. Ich nutze Rose und Lavendel Pflaster abwechselnd. Leichter angenehmer Geruch. Deshalb wollte ich gerne die Pflaster mit Lavendel und Rose. Ich werde auf jeden Fall noch einige Wochenkuren machen

I cannot believe this product, I found it online and had been suffering really badly during the night, I couldn't lie in bed without my leg twitching constantly, I tried sitting in recliner chair, no joy, even tried standing holding onto my walker, by then I was in tears, I had seen my doctor who said it's just one of those things you have to put up with, with my diabetes, so I tried searching online and came across these, I ordered a small pack to try, the first night I have to be honest... They worked!! I got a decent nights sleep. I carried on using them to see if it was just a one off and maybe I was that tired I could have slept on a bed of nails, but no, within five days I could sleep, no spasms with my legs, and my friend was suffering from the same thing so I gave her some to try, and it was the same with her, so I ordered a pack of 95 straight away, and the delivery is so quick!! I am terrible at mislaying things, I make cards so have bits and bobs all over the place but could I find them?? so I ordered another pack of 95, at only £19.97 it is great, I found my others a couple of days later, so now I keep them safely in the bedroom, I wouldn't be without them!! I highly recommend them, just try the small pack see how you go, it won't be long before you order the 95 pack I can guarantee it, don't put up with anymore sleepless, painful nights.
