The is not just Saw Palmetto and the combo works for me
These has really help with the issue I had of going often. I do take one morning and night. I had taken regular Saw Palmetto for years, but this works much better for me.

Maybe they work, maybe they don't...
Not sure taking these performed the magical fix for my prostate that I'd hoped for. Some nights waking up to take care of business were more successful than others though, so you may as well give them a try and see if they work for you. I went through two bottles of these before deciding that I didn't really notice any difference in my "middle-of-the-night" bathroom time. *sigh*

Two a day must be taken. There are other products of higher potency, only requiring one per day qnd of less cost.

Less nighttime bathroom trips
I take this product for nocturnal along with flomax . When I ran out and stopped taking it for a week there my bathroom trips increased from 2 to 4 and more urgency . It definitely makes a difference.

Worked for me
I started taking this several months ago. I took 2, once a day and about a week ago it started working. Instead of several times getting up at night to go to the bathroom, I will get up once or not at all. 👍
