Helps a bit with the finger joint pain.
I have arthritis and it is tough when the joints hurt especially it the fingers. I believe this product is helping me, however everyone is different maybe it would work for you too. It is not a cure all, what works for one may not work for another. Maybe some day there will be a way to refresh the cartilage between the bones, or so I hope.

Misleading or Insufficient Information
This rating is not on the efficacy of the contents (not enough time to tell), rather it is on the LACK of information so that one makes an informed decission to buy or not. When I saw 200 pills I immediately thought of the USUAL dosage of 2 pills per day which would make this an excellent buy for 100 days. BUT, alas, when the product arrived, you have to take FIVE (5) pills/day to obtain the correct dosage. Not such a bargain after all for 40 days. My suggestion to the seller is to let people know the dosage UP FRONT in your advertising.

It helps.
It works fairly well. That and some changes in the way I do some things physically has helped my knees quite a bit. I only take 2 capsules a night. I took the recommended 5 per night when I started. Took about 3 weeks to start working. I plan on continuing because it is the most comprehensive product I have found.

Good
Some people do not have good results with Glucosamine and Chondroitin. My advice is that you give it at least 3 months to see the effects. I've been taking it for years. and I've had excellent results. If I am neglectful in taking it, I can feel it. Don't skip too many doses if possible.

Great Glucosamine, Chondroitin and MSM
Great product for a much better price than other products of the same strength. The dosage listed is for 5 capsules - which is nothing unusual as other products seem to offer the same. I love the addition of MSM, and being a Nutritional Counselor I also know that MSM can help your body systems cleanse, which may have small 'cleansing effects' like gas or bloating. But I also know they don't last long and this compound is very beneficial. (It is a natural sulfur that is beneficial for your skin and joints.)

Dear Sir,I bought this product for soomeone who is having a difficult time walking and getting out of a chair. I also bought the supplement for myself. It is necessary to take the product for at least a month before one can notice an appreciable difference. I have not started taking my supplement yet and would be able to better acess the supplement in a month's time. The product arrived in a timely manner.Sincerely,Paula Perron

Excellent results
I am a senior who had a lot of problems with joint pain and muscle spasms in my legs. Taking this product has all but eliminated those issues. I take only 2 a day, usually with breakfast. I heartily recommend this product for all facing joint aches and pains. It really does help to promote tissue growth and thus eliminates that pain caused by bones rubbing on each other. This is an excellent product priced at a very reasonable price when compared to those in retail stores. Roger

Just what I was looking for and more.
The write up does not say that the Glucosamine is of the sulfate variety and I was really happy when it arrived and there it was right on the label. I have not really read about MSM but figure I got what I wanted and it was just gravy. The price is good and I am sure that I will continue to buy this product until I find something else is better or find an equivalent that costs less.
