All Piping Rock products I have tried are fantastic and cost friendly. Natural remedies require a little time. I decided to purchase green lipped mussel supplement after I noticed a dramatic improvement in my cats health after taking a pet supplement containing it. I would suggest ingesting a little good quality olive oil each day and limiting or eliminating sugar, breads, inflammatory oils for best results. I notice sometimes people just want to pop a pill or half doses of products and expect instant relief. That won't happen. It's being consistent with following good health protocols and supplementing with good products. I love this product. It is for real. I suffer from knee pain and this has brought relief. Good luck on your health path. I would recommend doubling your dose for first few days. With meals.

Ok , so I’m skeptical when it comes to claims that a product works wonders. I’ve been taking aspirin products for my knee joint pain and it does help for a few hours while I’m working, but it wears off and the joint pain is back. I’ve been seeing the Green Lipped claims on TV at a high cost per bottle and well I’m not made of money. I saw this product and thought , well I don’t have to sell all my worldly goods to afford a bottle. So, I tried it. This stuff works ! I’m now on my 3rd week of taking one capsule in the morning and one a night. The joint pain is almost gone. I’m amazed. Yeah, it does smell like fish, but it’s a powder in a clear gel cap and has no taste. And I don’t burp after taking it like some claim. I take it after a meal and as I said- it works. Try it .

We bought this product because green lipped mussle supplements were working so well for our senior dog. We read that they were great for humans with joint andonility issues too. This product is very effective and has no fishy aftertaste. I noticed the difference right away. The catch is that just like my pup with her supplements of you stop taking it the issues return within 24 hours. If you start up again you quickly find relief. My advice is to stock up and not miss a dose like I did. Hey, at least it proved that it was what was making the difference!

Stinky, but works. Took awhile to see results, helps some with stiff joints, less pain, more flexibility. Reasonably priced compared to other green mussel options.

I take a lot of supplements every day. I do read about each before buying and using. I've heard a lot about Green Lipped Mussel supplements for a few years now helping with joint pain which is why I purchased them. So far, I see no difference in my joint pain, still very painful. They have a fishy smell but that doesn't bother me, I eat a lot of seafood. Just wish things would work as they are advertised.

I wanted to continue using green lipped mussel supplement but with a lesser charge ..I hope I’ll see positive results from it

I had high hopes that these would work as I have a lot of joint pain. I have been taking for a month now one every morning and evening and haven't seen any difference. So won't be ordering more of them.
