Compatible with all cookers including induction, it’s crafted from premium 18/10 stainless steel and designed for both style and functionality. ## Description Turkish tea pot set in Nostalji S201. Consists of two teapots sitting on top of each other, the "Caydanlik" (larger bottom pot) and the "Demlik (smaller top teapot). This is how you make Turkish tea properly: In the lower, larger teapot you pre-boil the tea water, in the smaller teapot on top you portion out the loose tea (1 teaspoon per tea glass) and rinse it with cold water. The pot with the rinsed tea is now put on top of the lower teapot with boiling water and you let the tea sweat. Once the tea has sweated enough and unfolded its aroma, hot water from the lower pot can now be poured on top. Now stack both pots on top of each other again on the cooker and let the tea steep on a low heat for 10 minutes. The tea can now be dosed more strongly or weakly into Turkish tea glasses. To do this you start with the tea concentrate of the “Demlik” and tip the tea with a hand strainer into the Turkish tea glass up to approximately 1/3 full. Then you dilute the concentrate with the tea water of the "Caydanlik until the Turkish tea takes on a reddish brown colour. This colour is called "Tavsan Kani" (rabbit blood) in Turkish.
