Love this stuff. Gut feels better

Well, it is exactly what it says it is. Unripened banana powder. It's got a flavor, but it's not super strong. If you're using it for the fiber and probiotic properties and not making pancakes, it won't overpower most foods or beverages in that regard. It does have a bit of texture if added to a beverage - somewhat gritty, I would say. But in a smoothie or something I think it would be undetectable. And I can tell it's doing the job i bought it for because the stomach flora love it and give me little barking-spiders as proof (gas). It's going to take a long time to go through 4 lbs, but I expect i will purchase it again once I do so.

Excellent whole food way of improving fiber intake on a much larger scale than powdered drink mixes or capsules… with a growing number of health improvement indicators directly linked to green banana flour. Now if they could ONLY stay in stock!!

I bought this to make mix with a protein powder and make a meal replacement drink. I am satisfied with it so far.

I love this organic green banana flour. It is my favorite by far of all the others. I’ve been getting the 5 pound bags for months now and making my own Cheez-Its. After getting on the auto immune protocol, I can finally have crackers now with flour without any digestive issues. The pizza crust has been a game changer. Highly recommend.

I am not rating the specific product I am rating green banana powder in general as a substitute for when you can't otherwise always be eating overnight oatmeal and actual green bananas. For one thing I was shocked by how 1.8 kilos doesn't go very far at all, especially when the serving size of 30g, the minimum amount that any of the quality studies conducted used, is a whole quarter cup scoop. I thought this would last me more than just a couple of months. I will probably just do 15g a day if I manage to also get a good serving of overnight oatmeal that I often make several times a week. On days that I don't have any, I'll take a 30g serving. That's all I can really do to make it last. I live in Costa Rica so it's hard shipping this all the way from the U.S. and it's not available to buy here.

First time purchase - I was previously buying a different brand: half the product amount, same price as this item. Perfect resistance starch for my smoothies. Blends well, flavor mixes with the frozen fruit and pea protein I use.
