**Q: I know the bracelet is adjustable but what is it's longest wearable length?**
A: I am not sure of the exact length. I have very small wrists and cut off quite a bit of extra band. From reading the site's description it seems the bracelet adjusts to at least 9 inches. If you need more precise measurements, United Medical Data is excellent in responding to inquiries and in customer service. Hope this helps.

**Q: If for some reason the information needs to be updated, how can I do this? Will I be required to order a brand new bracelet?**
A: If your medical conditions change, you can simply order a new engraving plate with the updated information.  Your purchase also includes a free online Emergency Medical Card. Our online version provides you with unlimited updates and allows you to print it on your printer. This allows you to always carry with you all updated medical history.

**Q: Will this turn green?**
A: My twelve year old daughter has been wearing this since school began. No issues with it turning green. It's well made, comfortable, and stylish.

**Q: I have just ordered one of these.... what are some suggestions for what to info to put on these bands.?**
A: I listed my medical condition, the medication I am carrying, and instructions in brief medical lingo on what to do (in case I'm not conscious). I didn't have room for more on the actual band, but I do carry the card.  On that, I listed my name, emergency contacts with phone numbers, and my primary care doctor's information.

I was quite pleased that I received this wonderful product much more quickly than anticipated, and was delighted with my interaction with the company. I had accidentally left off three words I meant to include on my bracelet and had contacted the company as soon as I realized my error. I informed them of the correction I wanted to include and requested that they let me know if it was possible, being fully prepared to received a "no" since often things are hard to change once an order has been received and processed. I received an immediate response that the change had been made to my order. Wow, that was fast, and I was happy that they were able to make the change. I chose this particular company's bracelet because they have a very generous allowance for what can be placed on the bracelet, six lines of characters, 36 characters per line. This is great because all of my most important information is on the front, and in an emergency, is someone has to fiddle with trying to get the band off and look at the other side for more information, it could be precious seconds lost. The bracelet is easy to size, the clasp is secure, the bracelet is easy to put on and take off, and is quite comfortable. The printing is clean and clear, very easy to read. I took a picture of my new bracelet and sent it to friends and family who thought it looked great and indicated they would probably be ordering one for themselves. I can't think of a better endorsement of a product than telling all of one's friends and family, can you?
