## Description

Our soy milk powder allows you to create instant soy milk. It is free of thickening additives and sweeteners commonly found in commercial nondairy milk. This is important because these ingredients can produce undesirable results when making vegan cheese. Soy milk is naturally stable and easily emulsifies when blended with oil. To reconstitute soy milk use a 9:1 ratio by weight of water to soy milk powder or use 1 Tbsp to 1 cup.

Review: Very convenient - I make whole wheat bread with soy milk. Since I only make the bread about once a week, liquid soy milk tended to go bad before I could use it all. This works really well. I just mix it in with the flour. I can't speak for the taste of it reconstituted, because I have not tried that yet. For my purposes, it's a great not to have wasted product.

I really wanted to save money on buying soy milk, but truthfully I didn’t use it that way. Instead, I began using it in gluten free Bread making recipes to add that extra flavor and protein. Additionally, I tried making vegan cheese with it. I was not successful at all with that. It is wonderful for baking, wonderful to mix with water and making pudding or ice pops with. Highly recommend.
