This Recalibrate Me is ambiguous, it says 600mg per serving of 'Turkesterone (Ajuga Turkestanica)' - the correct scientific notation is Ajuga turkestanica with a lower case 't' - and serving size is 2 capsules, so that's 300mg per capsule. But 300mg of what? Turkesterone is the active ingredient in Ajuga turkestanica. However, there is only a small amount of Turkesterone in it. This supplement contains A.turkestanica extract, but what is the extract ratio? It cannot contain 300mg of Turkesterone per capsule. The Warrior product contains 500mg of A.turkestanica extract (10:1) yielding 50mg of Turkesterone. This Recalibrate Me supplement seems effective, but doesn't feel as strong as the Warrior product. So I'm guessing it probably has around 30mg Turkesterone or thereabouts per capsule. The manufacturer ought to be clearer on the packaging label. This supplement also contains beta-cyclodextrin which is supposed to increase absorption I think, which is good. The Warrior product is stronger and cheaper so I'm not sure I'd buy this one, but having said that it's still ok. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Seems to be effective! *by J***S on 8 June 2023* I have to say, this supplement has truly been a game-changer for me.
