Received four-pack box of your filters. instructions say remove 2 clear stickers on bottom of cartridge but i don't see any--can i use?!

Yes! As Doowopman has already pointed out the clear stickers are not necessary. We've reengineered them to no longer need them. Reach out anytime!**EDIT: At the request of our customers we will be placing clear shipping stickers back onto the cartridges, and subsequently our packaging will not change. We appreciate input from all of our customers.

When you pour water in the reservior it runs through the filter. Is it okay for the filter to sit in the water?

To much water in container will not be filtered when you get ready to pour

I may leave the water in the pitcher with the filter for several days before I drink the water (and in frig). Is that bad for water or filter?

Why can't you leave water in the pitcher and drink it later?

I purchased box of four, two of them came destroyed! Please advise how to get replaced?

I wanted a filter with turmaline crystals in it . This is the one. It ionizes as well as alkalines. It takes out most of the unwanted floride addative. All of what is important to me. And the bonus is the taste. It far exceeds bottled spring water as well as my mountain well water where i summer in New Hampshire. Ooo this mornings cup of coffee tasted sooo good. Thankyou. The pitcher size is perfectly shaped to fit compactly in fridge and for travel. Its color is most attractive. Thankyou for making it so well and pricing it right.
