These are great blocks! They are soft yet supportive. Used for yoga, Pilates and on the sits-bones when meditating. All purpose, perfect size, cute, calm color. I have two sets, I like them so much; one for the house and one in the gym.

My daughter is an Irish dancer and got these to practice keeping her legs straight. After using for a month we can see a difference. They are sturdy and decent quality. Would give 5 stars but our friends have some that are more comfortable.

Excellent yoga block and super price!

Pro tip: I use a couple of these to prevent my couch from being too close to the wall Grabbed this to help with flexibility and balance in poses I can't quite reach the floor for yet, works great. It's lightweight but sturdy, doesn't compress weird or feel unstable under weight. The surface has a good non-slip texture so it doesn't slide around on my mat mid-pose. Beveled edges are a nice touch, comfortable to hold or rest hands/feet on without sharp corners digging in. Good size too, not bulky to store, I just toss it next to my mat or in my yoga bag. No weird smell out of the box either. Does exactly what a yoga block should do, nothing fancy needed. Great for beginners still building flexibility or anyone who uses blocks for support in various poses. Would recommend.

As a beginner in Yoga I didn't know what I required from such blocks. Having now used them a number of times, they are very good for someone of my level and I feel they are good value.
