Great replacement for my Duravit Starck 3 toilets. Seller was extremely helpful and the instructions were the best I’ve ever had for any product I’ve bought. One of the items was damaged on arrival and a replacement was sent the next day. Highly recommend

As others have said the lug things were a bit tricky to get out but other than that easy to install and a really good replacement for the original, and although it’s still expensive, it’s half the price of Duravit so can’t complain. I bought two and will be replacing two others with these in the next few months.

This toilet seat is a perfect fit for the Duravit ceramic toilet and the easy remove system for cleaning is ideal. It took just minutes to fit. Unfortunately, removing the old one was a nightmare involving a "last resort" hacksaw to cut off the posts! The soft close is very functional. The only downside is the price. Its a lot of money for a bog seat.

Seemed expensive but well made and the removable seat for cleaning purposes is a great idea. This was one of the only seats we could could find to fit our existing toilet with none standard hole centres

This seat fits (just about) the cursed Crosswater Bauhaus Stream II back to wall toilet (aka the Axa Uno) which has caused me so much stress over the past 11 years. We had replaced the original Axa seat (which was utter bobbins and broke almost instantly as did its successors) a few years ago with a Starck 3 one following advice from a kind internet angel, and that did the job for 7 years or so. However the fixings rusted and it was time to bite the bullet. This seat is a little smaller than our toilet pan but still looks fine. Its big advantage over the Starck 3 is the quick release. But also we'd never had the plastic grommets (blind hole fixings) which you hammer into the holes in the pan - we had to attack long rusty roofing bolts with hacksaws, Dremels and suchlike to get the old fixings out. Once that was all done though, fitting was really quick and easy and so far we are very pleased. I want to make a special mention of the amazing instructions sheet which read like you were talking to a real person, and made me smile even though I find this kind of DIY very stressful!

The seat appears to be similar to the Duravit original at about £50 less. I'd like to retract my original one star review. The reason why it hadn't been delivered was a mistake by UPS - for some reason they'd put the wrong post code on the order despite Gush having the correct one. Once I finally managed to speak to someone at UPS I was able to discover why my order was stuck at the other end of the country for a week. The man at Gush products couldn't have been more helpful, and sent a new seat out to me in 24 hours

I took our toilet seat off, thinking it would be an easy swap. I couldn't have been more wrong. I ordered two seats, both were wrong, much to the amusement of my husband. I then discovered that our toilet is a duravit and needs a 'special' seat which cost 130 quid. That's right, 130 quid FOR A TOILET SEAT. Then I found this seat, I mean it still isn't cheap, but by this time I'd lost the will to live, had thighs the size of barrels from hovering and had lost one of our children down the pan in the middle of the night. It fits well, easy to install, job done.

Toilet seat seems a good fit, but for nearly £100 it arrived with a chipped lid that is visible on outer edge which isn’t ideal. Otherwise seems a good seat. However does appear a brittle materiel where the lid is chipped.
