Do we have to boil the milk or do we just the chocolate powder in cold milk and mix it?

You mix the powder with cold milk and then beat it with a mixer for two minutes. It thickens and then you put in in the refrigerator to chill it. It is delicious

The package says 4 servings per container. Calories per serving is 100, Calories from fat is 20. I guess it would also depend on what type of milk is used.
