Can this reduce the pressure on the eye

No. I reduced my eye pressure by giving up coffee and taking high dose vitamin C as sodium ascorbate daily. There is a study about vitamin c effects on pressure you can search for. As always check with your gp.

You say 100% natural? can you confirm the source for meso-zeaxanthin as from marigold flowers it's synthetic as per other products we bought.

Can you empty the capsule and add to a smoothie?

Why not? It may colour things as there’s a lot of ground dried berries in there but it sounds like a good idea 👍
