I use these a lot and they are delicious! My gochujang chilli would not be the same without it! Easy to use, lovely smokiness, warm without being overpowering.

Perfect ingredient for Cooking Mexican. Use sparingly, it's rather hot. It will be enough for 2 to 3 meals. I use in preparing enchiladas and chili con carne etc.Once opened I keep in airtight container in fridge
