The best sausage seasoning! I ground my own pork butt and this seasoning was so good!

1 1/2 tablespoons per pound is the magic number. Great flavor. Would purchase again. Great product.

My Grandfather loved using this brand when he made sausages for his restaurant..it is old tradition and just works..The first delivery was stolen or what goes on these days with everything..but they did send me my order!! Will always use them and even in these times we live in..I just hope they stay in business and Amazon continue to carry their products!!

I have long tried to reproduce the sausage patties I used to get in southern Georgia when I was a child. This seasoning comes very close.For me, I supplement this mix with a little more dried sage, a little more onion powder, and a dash of powdered fennel. When I fed the sausage to my mom and brother, their eyes lit up as they remembered my dad frying sausage in the morning. I now have to give them a pack of the mixed seasoning every Christmas.

This is so good. I'll probably never buy sausage from the store again. Very easy to use and the instructions are clear. I would highly recommend this product. It does seem a little salty. I may add a little more meat next time. But that is just personal preference.

I live outside of the USA and cannot find American style breakfast sausage anywhere. This is great stuff and there are several different Flavors to choose from. Just make sure you do the math and proper measurements when making smaller batches - this stuff is very concentrated and it will get salty and pungent quickly if you add too much. With that said, it is a fantastic value, making 25 pounds of sausage per bag.
