First of all, rather than a 10:1 ratio, it's best to use 6 gr of finely ground Turkish or Greek coffee for 65 ml of water (this is for 1 cup). For more than 1 cup, you can increase the amount within this ratio. You should only stir the ingredients in the coffee pot at the beginning. Once you start to heat, you should not stir anymore. Low heat is the key to foam. You can watch the videos that we shared on our product listing. I hope it helps. **Q: What is the metal inside?** A: I have the same one, but a smaller one. It's not copper, the base metal looks like copper-plated aluminum. The bottom is not thick enough, if the fire is small, then the coffee evaporates quickly and does not boil. If you are not too demanding, then this Turk is quite comfortable.
