Is there any guarantee from the company if the chocolate they send you is melted?

This seller would not take responsibility for the melted chocolate I received because they are not really from ROYCE'. They are only pretending to be ROYCE' with their name. I would buy from the real ROYCE' USA online store. It's cheaper, faster and safer.

It does have a heat-insulate layer, and the chocolate does not melt when we receive it. But I orderer during winter, I would still recommend you contact seller in advance. They're very responsive and helpful from my experience.

Discussing post spring holiday chocolate intake (aka how many rabbit ears) Dental Hygienist commented that she found these in a store in Houston. Really loves the flavor even when stored in refrigerator as manufacturer recommends. Purchased one (1) package 4.4 oz. Shared one (1) square with each neighbor ajacent. Everyone raved about the taste. (aka This is the GOOD STUFF). Agree fully.

Melted beyond recognition - disaster

I am a huge fan of these chocolates. They are a cut above. Some might call them elite. I just ordered some for Mother's day. They were not delivered to our door, but were left in a mailbox in 85 degrees. They are melted beyond recognition. Completely ruined the gift.
