This with the conditioner has been life changing for my hair. It's always been so frizzy and this helped so much, I've tried countless different brands. Giovanni is my favoritee.

The best quality shampoo
This is the best quality of the Shampoo I have ever used. The price is very reasonable. My hair was unruly. My hair was shinny and smooth after using it. I am very satisfied. Also it is very effective to change the unruly and puffy hair to soft, straight, smooth immediately after applying it.

Too heavy for my thin, low density, 2c hair **BUILDUP
I wanted to love this - I loved the packaging of the product and Giovanni as a company. However, after further interrogation into the ingredients list, there are quite too many oils in there for my liking. These started to build up on my hair, and given that this is a sulfate-free shampoo, it is not strong enough to 100% remove these. I did notice, however, that I was able to go one day more without shampooing with this. So, I think the cleansing ingredients are mild and GREAT for curly hair, but there are just way too many oils in there for me. 3 stars because it cleaned my hair well, -2 for making it flat with so many oils
