They are 100% Ring spun cotton, and are brillant towels. Ive had mine for months now and they wash brilliant. A must buy in my opinion

Q: How can i buy without amazon prime

If you don't have Amazon prime it just means you don't get free or quick delivery. So you add items to basket, go to checkout and you will have a delivery charge added. If you have Prime I'm not sure you can buy without using it. I think you would have to make another account, with another email address, to purchase without using prime.

You've asked on the wrong thing, when you click on the item in your orders you can open an enquiry after a certain amount of time. You Need to look through your emails, see who the deliver was, if it wasn't Amazon, then go through the delivery provider. I think you get 3 delivery attempts then it will go through the refund, but you will have to inquire through the item. I find if you attach your mobile number to your account they will ring you if they're lost. Look on your undelivered item and there will be a way to find out what to do. Sorry I can't remember what it says and can't look cas I'm on this lol. Hope you get sorted.
