I don’t know but sunflower hearts would definitely be better and more nutritious for birds (and cheaper if you buy in bulk)

how long is the shelve life? if buying 10kg i wont use all in one year, can it sit 3 to 5 years?

We say - Store in a cool,dark, dry place, 6 months from purchase date. It can last a lot longer if kept correctly but we can not be reasonable how people store the seeds.

What is the volume of your 10kg bags? How much seed do you get per kilo?

Sorry we sell this item by the kg not the volume . I have asked in the warehouse and they so this is average. Sorry this doesn't really help.
