The iPad looks brand new. There are no scratches and it’s flawless. I recommend getting an iPad from here. I got this iPad to replace my iPad mini which was too small. I am pleased with the iPad.

Came packaged securely, no scratches or dents looked like in perfect condition. Only thing was it was completely dead and took hours to charge. I will be taking it in to have it scanned just to test the battery and see what was replaced. Other than that it’s working amazingly. Thanks Amazon Prime!! There was a sticky residue on the back and a small dent but over all it’s a pretty good ipad since it was refurbished

Okay, so.. Coming from a base iPad 9th Gen, I have a few things to say. This is an absolutely great tablet! It’s fast, the screen is better than my old one, sound is better too. BUT. I’m a little disappointed with what is considered “excellent” refurbished. The screen came with no cracks or scratches, but had a lot of gunk on it. The side of the tablet where the Apple Pencil goes has quite a few scratches. Everything thankfully works (Touch ID, Apple Pencil charging and pairing, etc.), but the cosmetic condition is not “excellent”. With “excellent” refurbishment in mind, I also expected a fully replaced, or at least recently replaced battery. The battery life is not the worst I’ve ever experienced, however it’s dropping quite quickly during my minimal use, and the tablet came not being charged before shipping (or lost charge during shipping). Versus the iPad 9th Gen I had before, this battery life is quite sad. I’m at 52% as of writing when I charged it to 100% last night around 6:00PM, and the 9th Gen I had before would still be around 70% with max usage (based on my use on it). Disappointingly, I have no way to see the battery health / cycles on this battery as this iPad does not support it, so I can’t say whether this battery was recently replaced, not replaced at all, etc. The tablet also came not being reset, either, but thankfully had no iCloud lock on it, still allowing me to reset it and use my own account. For some reason, I was also sent a Chinese model, which I don’t mind, as I can still do everything I normally would, however I felt it’s important for some potential buyers to know since it’s not disclosed anywhere. All in all, great tablet, would love it with better refurbishment, but I’m not impressed by the refurbished quality.

I’ve just had this a couple days but from what I can tell so far this was a great purchase. It did not come with the original Apple charger but it did come with a nice long 10ft charging cable which I liked since I tend to need longer charging cables anyway. The exterior of the iPad Air is completely clean and looks like new. I was able to charge and set it up with zero issues. The battery life is great so far! It does not drain quickly. I liked that I was able to get a 4 year protection plan on this too, which is a major reason I went with it, because Apple’s plan only lasts 2 years or you have to pay monthly forever. I think the 4 year plan with Asurion is just right and they also have their own monthly plan if you want to look into even longer coverage. I actually bought this 5th generation Air to replace a 4th generation that quit due to a bad motherboard (First time I’ve ever experienced that with an Apple product and my whole family uses only Apple products that have lasted at least 7 to 10 years.) I had that previous Air 3 years, just a year past Apple coverage which was definitely frustrating but I learned my lesson that I need a longer care plan than just 2 years. I recommend everyone going with as long a protection plan as you can afford, because you are just as likely to encounter any issues if not more so past that 2 year timeframe. My power button on the last device was also starting to get stuck despite using a case and those buttons are not easy to repair on an iPad Air due to their proximity to the motherboard, so definitely do all you can to protect your device. Don't use a casual thin case that just looks cute, use something with enough padding to protect the whole device, especially if you live in a home with kids and pets, things get knocked over despite best practices. If you want your power button to last longer I recommend trying assistive touch too! It limits how much you need to use that power button and the volume buttons, since you can use Assistive Touch with a small button directly on the screen to do things like lock your screen, restart your device, control volume, and take a screenshot. Very cool!

I was nervous about buying 'Renewed,' but after a full year of daily use, I am so happy I did. This iPad Air arrived in perfect condition—not a single scratch on the Starlight finish. The battery health is still excellent, and the performance is just as fast as a brand-new model. If you’re on the fence about a refurbished Apple product, this is your sign to go for it. Saved money and got a perfect device

Love love this iPad would definitely recommend purchasing and would buy again if ever needed .ive had this iPad for about two weeks now and have no complains it is very lightweight and set up really easily runs as if it was brand new no lagging etc have taken it outside and has had no problems connecting to any network I’ve connected it to .i got the WiFi option with no cellular and can still receive text and calls games run great apps run amazing no scratches scuffs etc battery life last me a long time I have gotten about a day and a half from it (I am not on it all day though ) I did read reviews prior to purchasing and I’m glad I did reviews are correct when it comes to charger comes with a very cheap and flimsy charger so definitely would recommend purchasing a separate charger .does NOT come charged you do have to charge it upon arrival has been tested texting FaceTiming gaming traveling etc and has held up great. Overall for the price the way it runs the condition the ease of use it’s definitely worth the price and I would recommend and I am very picky when it comes to devices and reviews lol .also for the girlies such pretty colors I got purple and am obsessed

There is a bit of wear on the fingerprint reader/power buttom but aside from this, the screen, shell and camera are in prestige condition and the battery life is amazing.
