Work well, give a good energy boost
Got this for my partner, after taking them long term for about 6 months she says that it gives her an energy boost when she takes them in the afternoon about the time her energy levels start to crash. They are in small easy to swallow capsules and suspended in oil, which since Q10 needs oil to be absorbed probably explains why these seem to be more effective than other brands of similar or higher doses.

I've nearly finished the entire pack of these and do believe I'm brighter in myself and have more energy. I think these have helped with my motivation to be healthier, when you feel crap you dont feel like drinking water and you crave bad food which in turn makes you feel worse. But I believe these have given me a bit of a boost and in turn I have more motivation to do the healthier things, which are then making me feel even more well. I did work out at the gym last week and didn't seem to get as many muscle aches or doms as I usually do, I usually hurt for DAYS! So I bet there's something happening with my cells use of energy with this supplement. I have unfortunately noticed a small amount of jelly substance I'm my bowel movements. Very minor and doesn't effect anything at all so I'll continue with these. Just bought my second pack today. I love them so far and will continue with them until they give me reason not to.

One never knows whether they help are not.
I have noticed no difference whatsoever, but I hope they are helping. So we take them in great expectation of miraculous results! As for the price, I don't know whether they are good value or not as I don't know what effect they are supposed to have or are having.

Good flavour & easy to swallow!
One of my friends advised me to take CQ10 before IVF treatment. Surprisingly good flavour and easy to swallowing, highly recommended!!!
