The leash itself worked awesome. The belt fit really well on my waist and the amount of adjustments you can make allow anyone to wear it. The double Bungie system was also super nice especially when my dog tries to pull, It seemed like the one Bungie would tug him back before I ever felt him pull. My only complaint is the pouch that came with it. It's a nice add on but I was hoping my phone would fit inside but no luck. I have a galaxy s23ultra and unless I smashed it into the pocket, it wasn't going to fit. Keep that in mind if buying solely for the pouch, it'll really only fit small items like a debit card or a small iPhone/iPod. Otherwise the leash is super nice and the extra pouch is appreciated but could be bigger.

Didn't buy it for running but to have my dog with me for photo outings. It's adjustable for the human waist and the leash itself has a couple sections of elastic to buffer sudden movements of the dog. The leash also has a couple of handles for better control. I think the leash could stand to be about 6 inches longer. Especially for a larger dog. But all in all, it does what I need it to do and it was worth the money for me.

Head shoulder surgery so much easier to walk my dog one handedly because it's about easy access to the treatment also I like that everything can be separated or shortened with the clips
