This is an excellent, affordable red light device. Nice to be able to target small areas, like the mouth, ears, etc. I used it for pain after a dental procedure.

Arrived on time. I just received it and have used it once, so I cannot speak to results. However, I am appreciative of the face that the batteries were charged out of the box and I could try the product out as soon as it came. Thank you.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Value Value for money: I think is a great item for under 35 bucks. But it is too intense/ strong for me. The red light is too concentrated through the small nozzle. I tried to heal a tiny lesion on my tongue using it but it actually made it sore. It eventually got better overtime. I might use it to heal my gums for better gum health. I’m not sure it is real LED. Overall I think it is a good value for money. But I find the red light belt that I already own to give me better pain relief. Returned it as it made feel nauseas. Too intense but not effective

I like this device. I appreciate that it was a broad head and a site-specific head. I bought it for my dog, but she is afraid of the sound (it's almost inaudible to humans, but she hears it and it causes anxiety). So, I'll use it on myself when she isn't nearby.

This light exceeded my expectations. It's quite strong. There are five modes. The attachment that focuses the light is great as I'm using it in my ears to possibly help my tinnitus (there are studies that show that this can help). I also use it without the attachment as a bedtime sleep aid (there are some red light products for this, but this is cheaper). The only thing I don't like is that the on button is easily triggered if carried in a pocket or backpack.

This laser is more powerful than the others I have bought. It is important to also buy protective eyewear with this laser. other lasers come with it because it is so important. On two occaisions I noticed some concerning eyesight problems after using this laser. Always, I made sure not to shine it at my eyes, not even when I was treating my teeth (it is powerful enough to reach the eyes through the roof of the mouth). I noticed blinding slivers of light flashing in my eyesight for no reason for 10 days afterwards. Great laser but bottom line also buy protective eyewear and use it!

I reached out to the company but have not gotten a response. It seems that the one I received may have some type of short in the on/off button. It works for the most part but definitely some type of short. Being a business owner, I expect good customer service from other businesses.
