So disappointed right now! I had the grill delivered December 29th. It was assembled and kept in our climate controlled garage until the last weekend in April. It has been on our back patio, covered, for a few weeks. Today is May 10th. I went outside today and discovered that the grill is rusting already! I'm beyond upset that this, well over $300, purchase couldn't even make it through an entire season!

A Beautiful Grill-smoker! Combines everything- grilling, smoking, burner, finally we can use both charcoal and gas in one product. It took me and my husband about an hour to assemble it, but of course it’s worth it, when you see and enjoy this great grill at the end.

This was a gift for my husband. We knew that assembly was required, however we were shocked when we opened the packaging to find a packing list consisting of 47 items (some with multiples) and more than 75 screws and bolts. Once he got it assembled it has been great! The range works well, as does the each of the grills. I would have given it 5 stars had we not had to spend 6 hours putting it together.

I was so excited to buy this for my husband for Christmas 2017. It is already rusting out. What a disappointment. Waste of money.

When I bought this grill in 2019, I had it professionally assembled. When the grill came out of the box, it was rusted in many places from the handles to the lid. I returned it to be switched and had to pay for the pick-up, delivery, and assembly again. I still had rust problems, and emailed rather than try to switch again. I got a few responses, but the problems were never resolved. Bad customer service. Now it's 2022 and the grill is not working correctly. Currently I have one burner that works well. It seems I have to buy a new grill, which is a shame because I have a bbq coming up and would have liked to try the smoking of chicken more. It was good when I tried. I wish I knew a good grill that did have the features and that the features worked for longer than they have.

Bought this for my husband for Christmas. Was kind of a pain to put together because a little time consuming, but directions were clear. We live in FL and get a lot of use out of it. Great for during the week to throw on a burger. The weekend my husband likes to use the charcoal and make a few things at a time. The grilling space is good. We have not used the side burner or the smoke box. The quality of this is good and I would recommend.

I love the concept and it was easy to put together. it will be great to feed about 6 to 8 people. my only draw back is, I think it is made with too light of metal to really hold up. if it does, I will use it as a template to rework it.

I normally don’t leave reviews but this grill was a disappointment. I love to cook and grill but day one the searing station cover was ruined from the heat of the grill. 2 of the burners blow out constantly. The igniter stopped working. The knobs didn’t turn the burners on or off. I emailed the company who sent wrong part over and over then finally one replacement knob where I needed 5 total. They wanted me to register the grill but their site never works. Horrible quality and service from smoke hollow.
