Just as an FYI, some folks have gluten allergies so bad that gluten found in non-food items can set off a severe reaction. I had thought that gluten is found only in food, but I was corrected.

I wouldn't unless it stated that it was safe for your skin. These are supposed to dissolve slowly on the shower floor, so the scent rises with the steam to your nostrils, and are likely not designed to be skin-friendly.
