I use this as a moisturizer and I do see a slight difference. I also like that the label can easily be peeled off.

Pretty good stuff. Helps with mood and energy. I also use it on my face. It leaves your skin soft and a little more plump.

I prefer to have alternatives when it comes my health! This product is not different, it’s a perfect choice for those don’t want to take harsh medication or chemicals, bio identical, yet it will still have results! The package is misleading though! - it comes in a big bottle , but if you take a look, it’s only half size of the product, the rest is empty air, the price little high for that .. I also don’t like that it’s packed in a plastic bottle, and as we all know, the plastic - enters in the products as microplastic, which known for creating hormonal distributions one of the biggest, with many other problems! I would like to see, if this product would came instead of plastic, in dark glass packaging more inline wha they are trying to promote and with the healthy lifestyle! And gives us a fair price for the amount we receive! Which is why I gave only 3 stars!

Nice smell, not greasy, absorbs quickly and easily.

They changed their formula and it’s nothing like their older version unfortunately. The old formula had a really nice thick creamy texture. New formula is a watery mess. Dries weird on face too. Plus they added a bunch of stuff that can be reactive for some. What a bummer

I purchased twice. Still finishing first bottle. I use on my face. I like the effects. Subtle but nice brightening and smoothing of skin. What I don't like is that the cream pills and creates a gritty mess with my sunscreen. Not sure what to do about that. I have a question that wasn't answered about using the cream daily because it is my understanding that estrogen receptors in skin get exhausted and need breaks. Wondering if it's the same for phyto estrogen creams.

I absolutely LOVE this cream. It rejuvenated my skin and ended hot flashes. For me, it's very calming.

So far after a 2 weeks not much difference. Perhaps, I need to wait longer as I make more dietary changes: Reduce diary, minimal coffee, more fatty fish as well as Vitamin E, D3, K & magnesium and of course, reducing stress. This cream might help over months. Let's see.

Definitely helped with hot flashes for me but none of my other symptoms.
