This works with most of the applies but does not work with my Chetak Scooter charger. I wanted to check how many units it takes to charge my scooter. My chetak scooter charger does not work when something is interfering with earthing. This seems to be the issue with this charger. When I put the plug in socket and charger in this plug, charger does not work, charger works when I plug it directly in my socket. This smart plug works in other devices like AC.

Better than other companies, using for 2 weeks. can schedule time, give usage in watts and voltage amphere also. real time, lowest delay. life of device will update in future, or any other information also.

I had a terrible experience with the Qubo ecosystem. Between faulty hardware, persistent software bugs, and nonexistent customer support, these products cause nothing but frustration and financial loss. I strongly advise against buying them. Key Issues: 1. Widespread App Connectivity Issues: The Qubo Android application suffers from persistent pairing problems across multiple devices. I experienced severe connection failures not only with the Smart Plug but also with their Smart Air Purifier, rendering the “smart” features of both devices practically useless. 2. Unresponsive Support: Customer service is completely ineffective. When I reported the faulty Smart Plug, they requested video evidence and the invoice. I provided all required details immediately, yet they resort to delaying tactics. 3. Unfulfilled Promises: Support explicitly promised a replacement plug, but two months have passed with absolutely no resolution. 4. Financial Impact: Due to the two-month delay, I am losing out on my warranty period. The lack of response ultimately forced me to purchase a separate replacement from a different brand, incurring unnecessary out-of-pocket expenses. Verdict: A smart ecosystem should offer seamless convenience, but Qubo fails on both functionality and after-sales service. They do not honour their warranty commitments or reliably support their customers. Save your money, avoid the hassle, and look for a more dependable alternative.

The best Smart or energy monitoring switch i ever used. Must recommend. Very helpful application with all the necessary details to track the usage

It has connectivity issues. I placed it 15 feet away from wifi router without obstruction (line of sight) and its not getting signal ( weak signal, -70 dBm) while other devices are having very good network at that particular position. Gets disconnected at times. Overall average. BTW, I am using it for last 2 years now. Didn't change as I purchased several in a lot. And particularly 10 A are weaker in connectivity compared to 16 A.

Posting a review after six months from purchase. I am using this switch to control my portico light remotely and it works well till last month. So I have to work with the customer care to get a replacement. Qubo has to improve in their customer support as I have to continuously followup with them to get a replacement. Today I have received a replacement item. Good thing is that I never have to visit their service center and everything they did it via online. Reducing one star for the delay in getting response from the customer support
