- Belord Patio Wicker Chairs Swivel Rocker,Outdoor Patio Furniture Set with Rattan Side Table, All Weather Conversation Set for Porch Poolside Balcony, Brown Wicker/Beige

This is a beautiful, substantial set. The swivel rockers are top notch. It took me 2-1/2 hours to put the first chair together as the written instructions and the video weren't the best. The second chair took about 1-1/2 hours as one of the screws just wouldn't go in straight (finally did) but I knew what I was doing the second time around. It was worth the effort as the set looks great! I think it's very high quality for the price. Can't wait to put these on my new covered front porch when it's finished. They are also very comfortable. I would recommend this set without hesitation. Using a power hand tool to tighten the screws was helpful. Also make sure you use the gold tool that comes with the set to tighten the bolts. At first I didn't know what it was!

2 chairs, 1 side table, and 2 sets of cushions arrived in 4 boxes. Assembly took 2 people about 2 1/2 hours. Be sure not to tighten seat screws before installing ALL seat screws! That was our only trouble area. The QR code for assembly codes did not work, but we found a video online that really helped. It had a different method to put the base together than the written instructions and it seems easier to us. The chairs and table are really nice and sturdy - super comfortable with swivel and glide/rock. Love the set!

We ordered four swivel/rockers with two tables. Everything came a little early, and was easy to assemble. The product is beautiful and the red cushions/brown wicker is gorgeous. The cushion material is easy to clean and it has a nice feel. The tables are beautiful too. Everything is well built. We will keep everything under roof and store the cushions in a deck box during rain, since we live in the south. I believe in caring for what you have and value. They will be exposed to weather when the rain is heavy, even under roof . I will make a video at some point and update this or the video review in a year. It took me a month and a half to decide on brand-price-quality-based on reviews. When I purchased there was only one bad review. But I believe caring for what you own is very important. My husband is 6 foot and I am 5 ft 1 inches, the chairs fit both our Athletic builds. The chairs are good height and easy to move when cleaning ( I have mild mobility issues).

Furst the ordercame week early which was great!!!! The first chair the screws were a pain didn't line up took 1hr 20 minutes after that we were good. Nice set for the $$. Sturdy, comfy, rocks, swivels. Great set for our summer home

The two chairs and table come in two separate boxes and mine came a couple days apart, so be patient. The seller was very responsive when I contacted them worried that they forgot the remaining parts. Once I had all the pieces, I set about putting it all together. The screws and nuts etc are shrink wrapped separately for each unit and while not marked to indicate which package goes to which unit it wasn’t hard to figure out. I did the table first (using the smaller of the three shrink wrapped hardware sets) just to get a quick gratification; tip: leave the legs loose in order to work the lower shelf into place, then tighten it all down. On to the chairs: use the four shorter screws in the pack to put the sides and back together after pulling the caps off the back’s screw posts. When attaching the two base parts together, just swivel the swiveling part to offset the area you need to work on - it took me a minute or two to figure that out, but I just had to laugh at myself. It would be easier if you had a second person to help with getting the kick plate/seat aligned, but I managed both chairs on my own. Make sure you put them together in a place where if you drop any hardware pieces you can’t lose them, because they are small and easy to lose and there are no extra screws, washers etc. In the end they look very nice and are pretty comfy and match well with my 20 year old set and 10 year old ottomans.

Sturdy and not too hard to assemble. They look great. Great value for the cost.

They look great but turned out to be too short for my 6’2” frame. Plus the chair swing is short. Not comfortable for me. Contacted Amazon about a return and Belford-Us okayed a return but at first was not offering to pay the return shipping. Finally they agreed to pay for return shipping. After they received the chairs back they charged me a restocking fee for opening, assembling one chair then disassembling and re-boxing to return them. So it cost me $80.97 to try their chair out. Finally received refund for restocking fees from Belford-US. If this would happened in the beginning of the return process my rating would of been considerably higher. But since I had to spend time contacting this company in getting a full refund I’ve decided to move my rating up to a 3 star.

I bought these chairs because of the gliding motion. They are very comfortable & the rocking/gliding is relaxing & just what I wanted. The cushions are a bit scratchy, but this is typical of good outdoor material. They seem well made & hopefully will last me many years. I did buy covers for the chairs to protect from the elements. I assembled them myself without much effort, but it did take some time. As other reviews mention, do not completely tighten until assembly is done or there will be problems with alignment! There were no issues with the screws stripping. I can only speculate others over tighten or used power tools with too much torque! The side table is a great addition to the chairs. The hardware package was split open & some was missing. The packaging was well done & there wasn't any damage to the boxes. I contacted the vendor & they promptly responded to my request for additional hardware to complete assembly. Much appreciated their attention & quick turnaround! I purchased the set during Prime Days & I found this to be an excellent product & value!
