It's a good introduction to chakras. It's written in easy to understand language. It has information about each one, including some of the more obscure chakras and it has activities to help clear and open each one. The information is kept brief and to the point so it's good for reference and for beginners

Very interesting little book, had no idea of the emerging chakras so that was enlightening. Overall good book to read. I will be trying the essential oils to balance and cleanse my chakras.
