It's a good introduction to chakras. It's written in easy to understand language. It has information about each one, including some of the more obscure chakras and it has activities to help clear and open each one. The information is kept brief and to the point so it's good for reference and for beginners

I found this book to be of great interest. I have read many books on chakras, and this was just perfect. I have quite a lot of knowledge about the chakras, I thoroughly enjoyed it. Ideal for beginners and anyone who wants a quick recap on all the chakras and what they do.

Basic but well explained the chakras. It's a cute small book.

Cute little book, nice illustrations super easy to understand and I enjoyed the simple meditations and so on. Annoyed that it got approved to make it to production without anyone noticing some basic typos such as “base chakra” “baase chakra “ and so on... too bad!

Exactly what I wanted.

Just like description says it’s a little book essay to transport for every day reading. As said by other buyers, even if it doesn’t talk in depth about it chakra it’s a very nice first clamps for those like me who want an easy and simple approach. The pictures and drawings are very nice and soothing and if you’re a visual learner like I am it’s very useful Basically. I’m in love with it to be my first chakra book. It a got easy explanations and what it’s best easy and short activities to take into practice
