I even get a couple Wisconsin channels on a clear day. I suggest installing this antenna as high as you can to receive a good signal. Also, I suggest using R6 cable with good shielding. I used a 'quad-shield' cable from RCA. It should protect you from signal interference from other wireless signals (i.e. wireless network internet). Good riddance to DirecTV; they are too expensive! ### ⭐⭐ Antenna is NOT as advertised *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on December 8, 2018* This antenna claims to have a 150 mile range as well as being Omni Directional. If you're not familiar with the term, OMNI DIRECTIONAL let me clarify. that means that you don't have to point the antenna in any specific direction because it will receive signals equally no matter where it is pointed. I found that to be a crock. It most certainly does make a difference where the antenna is facing. Secondly, I found the 150 mile range to be a crock also. I have yet to receive the signal from a high wattage station being broadcast from 50 miles away. Maybe terrain could be the problem but I really doubt it because I received it with a different antenna with a 35 mile range in the past.I think I could have done better with a different antenna choice. To be fair, I do receive clear reception from other distant stations as long as the antenna is pointed in the right direction.
